Seaham Youth and Community Centre has served the community of Seaham since 1971. The centre has long been somewhere for young people to find support, advice and socialise with others. This includes a wide variety of leisure activities, sports and workshops. The centre and its wider partners across County Durham aim to improve physical, mental and spiritual capacities for others across our community.
Youth Activities
We run and host a number of groups for young people in our community. From the Groundwork Senior Youth Group to our Toddlers Group – ‘Canny Bairns’.
Offices and Training
Spaces are available for wide variety of uses including community groups, teaching and learning activities plus office and meeting spaces.
Sports Teams
Our Sports Hall is available to suit a wide variety of sports including equipment for cricket, football and basketball teams among others.
