Support, Help and Advice available at Seaham Youth & Community Centre
Seaham Youth & Community Centre provides a vital hub for adults, families and young people across the community, offering a safe and welcoming environment where people of all ages can access help and opportunities. The centre works with a range of partner agencies to ensure we meet the needs of the local community — from welfare advice and practical support with benefits or housing, to youth-focused programmes that promote health, wellbeing, and employability.

East Durham Connected
Seaham Youth & Community Centre is a partner in a project led by East Durham Trust, with other local community centres and Durham County Council. The purpose is to transform and improve the effectiveness of information, advice and guidance services for residents across East Durham.
As an Advice Pathfinder, we can help you reach support services and agencies who can help if you are facing difficulties or hardship. Our team will hell by signposting you to the most relevant agencies and where appropriate making referrals for you to support services.
We can also support residents facing financial crisis with emergency support with things such as energy payments, food parcels and vouchers.
